The EaPUC Steering Committee governs the EaPUC at the level of the Vice-Rectors of each partner university. The Committee provides strategic guidance to the university cluster, including strategic planning, membership approval, oversight of EaPUC projects, identification of potential new funding sources, and general leadership.
